2 Double Room in fantastic house, Chorlton Green

I have 2 bedrooms available in a 4 bed, 2 bathroom house just round the corner from the Horse and Jockey the rooms are a largish double and a medium sized double room. The house and rooms are fully furnished. The fourth bedroom is a spare room so the total number of people in the house will be 3. I have refurbished the house so it has a nice kitchen with all the mod cons (washing machine, fridge, freezer, dish washer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven) the bathroom is also modern. All bills are included in the rent including Sky TV with all the channels, Netflix, unlimited BT infinity broadband, council tax, gas, electricity, phone line, TV licence etc etc.

I am laid back professional. I'm pretty tidy but not to the point of ocd. I like a nice meal out or cooking something decent to eat at home. Hobbies include gym, travel and eating out.
