The rooms are either double-sized or single-sized and are priced accordingly, The room currently available is single. The single is the smallest of the two rooms shown in the video. The current house sharers are; Linn, Abbie, and Drishti who are postgraduate students from the University of Manchester. The house is about 20 mins away from the City Centre/University. There are regular tram and bus services to the City Centre, Universities, Media City, etc...The accommodation would suit either students or young professionals with refs.
The rent includes broadband. Full-time students with valid student IDs will receive a £15 per month 'cashback' towards their utilities,
