Current occupants are three 29-31 yo guys, and one 26 yo girls - two of which are moving out in the next month.. All professionals who are relaxed and sociable and looking for someone similar. A girl or a boy, we have no preference however keen to keep the house mixed.

The rent is £375 a month and includes council tax and a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas. The deposit will be £400. The contract will be for 6 months initially but the landlord is very flexible after that. The rooms are available from 21st feb 2015.
