Room available as of 1st February2015, with Beech Rd’s bars, restaurants, and shops on your doorstep. Clean and tidy, sharing with only 1 other. 2 mins from the meadows/water park (great for running/cycling). 10 mins from Chorlton tram stop.

It would suit a sociable, tidy professional or mature student looking for a home and not just a room. Someone who would like to go out for a drink from time to time, yet, has their own friends and interests too.

The room is a fully furnished medium sized bright and airy double, with a queen size antique bed (wouldn't fit the extremely tall mind!!) The house is a two bed terrace with average storage space, with the bonus of only sharing with one other person!

Broadband is set up and there is always parking space on the road outside.

I am a mature student, but a 'young' 36. I like going out for a beverage or 2 in Chorlton or town and/or going to the cinema, and the usual stuff. I am pretty healthy and go to the gym most mid week morning’s i. e. I am an early bird. I am more of a TV box set and film fan than reality TV, but it's not a deal breaker. .

The house would be more suited to someone aged 28 to 40, who has a similar lifestyle/interests.
