Are you a professional looking for a house share in the trendy part of Chorlton? I am a female owner who is looking to rent my spare room immediately.
The house is located close to Chorlton Green and is within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants of Beech Road. Car parking is not an issue and the house is within driving distance of the motorways and walking distance of the bus stop/tram stop into central Manchester.
I am looking for a friendly person, male or female, (but preferably female) who doesn't mind doing their share of the housework but also likes to have fun in life too. Partial to a good chat and the odd drink would also be a bonus.
The house has a large well-equipped kitchen (including washer/dryer and dishwasher).
The room is a small double, fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a recessed closet.
