Double Room in North Manchester 1.5 Mile from CC

Hi have Double Room, in semi-detached house. It has tram stop few hundred yards away, and bus stop 5 mins walk. Or if you wish about 20-25 mins walk to town.

The room has double bed, small wardrobe and desk and side draw in at moment . The house has 1 bathroom but 2 toilets. Has good sized kitchen and living room. I have BT package and broadband.

All bills are included £400 PCM or weekly cash is ok as well? Real sorry only people with job no dhss.
A form off Internet and deposit is a must and month rent in advance is essential if want to move in.

I am a single gay man, so you have to be ok with that, the house is a tidy and quiet house, I don't do a lot in week, watch TV sport or soaps, bed work lol.. Weekends sometimes go out sometimes away etc.

I'd like any type lodger mon to fri good, or full time, always nice to watch TV or sport together or go out for drink. Or if like own space and stay in room it's fine. We all like our own space sometimes.

Dislikes, I suppose no smoke in room, maybe no loud tv and untidy people .

I prefer not to live with a couple sorry.

I am happy for people who just want month or 2 to 6 months or Mon to Fri etc that's cool. Also so you can google M8 OWP, So you can view see if good for you.

I am pretty easy going really and friendly, I have a car happy to take anyone shopping etc. Friend as well as house mate is always a bonus.
