Double bedroom in modern flat in City Centre

I am looking to rent a bedroom of my top floor bright clean Modern 3 bedroom apartment, there is another room available around the start of October, not set date yet.

I am a 39 year old Austalian Male and I live here with My Partner who is a 32 year old Slovak Male, we rent 1 double room to a 31 year old Italian Male, and on the 25. 09. 2014 We have a vacant room available.

The rent is £480 per month all bills included except food, subject to fair usage of utilities secure gated parking with fob access available at an extra £70 per month,

There is visitors parking is available subject to availability on site, nearly always a spare space

The room has new Laminate flooring, king size bed, 2 side tables, huge mirrored wardrobe. There is still enough room not to be cramped. all of course in good condition as the room is on the top floor it's bright with black out blinds

You will have acess to a modern good size kithcen with Microwave, dishwasher oven and hob.

There is a separate laundry cupboard with washing machine and separate dryer. alternativly there is a clothes dryer is attahced to the wall in your room,

The lounge dining room consists of a 6 seater dinning table and 5 seater sofa, 42 inch flat screen TV with PS3.
(the 2 other rooms have the same TV so shouldn't be too much of an issue watching what you like)

The flat is on the top floor in a very quiet corner of the city centre. The road at the front is blocked for the next 12 months for plumbing work (only work 9 to 5 monday to friday, occasional weekend days) the back of the property where the bedroom is located is a railway line but it isn't noisy as the line is far enough away. and there is also tripple glazing on the windows

The bathroom is clean and white, consits of walk in shower, toilet and basin all tiled and in good condition. this is the only bathroom in the flat, doesn't seemt o be too much of an issue so far. we all work different shifts.

The loft is available for storage, so as long as it fits through a regular size man hole there is more storage than you willl ever need.
