Great City Centre Flat

Hello all

My current flatmate is off travelling and I need a replacement! The room is available from 1 November and the rent is £390, excluding bills, which normally come to around £140 per month.

The flat is in a brilliant location and ideal for someone who works in the city centre. I am a young professional working as a building surveyor in the centre, I am working pretty long hours at the minute for my chartership, but aside from that I spend my time either socialising (drinking), at the gym, cinema, playing squash, or just relaxing, all the normal stuff.

I am a chilled out lad and I am looking for someone like-minded who will look after the flat and tidy up for themselves. I would like someone who is more than just a flatmate and someone I can have a conversation and go for a pint with!

The room on offer isn't the biggest and if you prefer a massive room, it's probably not for you. Please only get in touch if you meet the criteria.
