Double Room Available - Castlefield (Liverpool Rd)

There is a double room available to rent in a 2 bed apartment. The city centre flat is perfectly located off Liverpool Road (just off Deansgate).

The double bedroom is fully furnished and is available from 1st February 2014, for a minimum 6 month contract.

I'm 28 and work full-time in digital marketing. Looking for a like-minded professional who's easy going and generally just up for a laugh.

I am currently using the parking space but there are 8 visitor spaces that are often available.

The flat has two double bedrooms (the one available is the larger of the two) and 1 bathroom, with a jack and jill door so gives the illusion of the larger room being an en suite(!!)

The rent is £397. 50 each (not including bills)

There is a £150 new tenant application fee from the estate agent, for referencing (landlord & employment reference). Have tried to get out of this but we had to pay it too when we moved in!
