Double room available, newly decorated. This room is furnished with a double bed. You would be sharing with two girls in their early thirties. We are friendly with active social lives, doing things together and separately. We are looking for someone with similar active social life.
The house is clean and extremely well presented so you need to be tidy, there is however a dishwasher!
There is a spacious communal lounge & dining room and large garden where we grow our own veg. Newly renovated shared bathroom and separate WC.
The house is on a quiet and safe road with ample street parking. Mauldeth Road Train Station is only a 5 minute walk away and only one stop (10 mins) to Manchester Piccadilly.
We have a pet cat (Smudge). So a tenant without pets is preferred.
All bills are included, this includes cable and broadband.
