My lovely current housemate has bought his own place so will be leaving in 4 weeks time so there could potentially be a small overlap, once he has left the smaller double bedroom he uses will be turned into a small 2nd lounge which could be used exclusively by yourself, there is a kitchen diner which opens onto the bottom deck.

It's a lovely house which backs onto Blackley forest, and can be quite a suntrap in the afternoon and early evenings.

There are cats resident also so unfortunately I cannot accommodate any pets (unles it was a teeny tiny kitten and then I wouldn't be able to resist)

I will consider working couples at @ £550 per month including all bills.
