Room to rent

Hi my name is Lou

I'll keep this short and sweet, I'm looking to rent out my spare room in a nice clean tidy house to somebody sensible enough not to trash my house haha. I've recently split up with my partner who has just moved out, which is why I could do with some help with the rent.

I'm offering a spacious spare room furnished or unfurnished with wardrobes and draws for storage. Unlimited Broadband, a large garden, off road parking and more.

I'm an engineer and work locally but I work shifts so sometimes I'm not there at night. I do have a dog however called busby, he's a boxer puppy he's adorable and very friendly. If you are willing to help look after busby when I'm at work I'd gladly knock the rent down. If not I can keep him at my dads when I'm at work no problem.

I'm easy to get along with I like watching tv sometimes I go to the gym and enjoy walking and hiking so if u like these things to we will get along great.
