I'm looking for a clean and tidy room mate who is sociable, friendly, easy to get to know and a good team player..
Me well I'm a very hard working but easy going landlord who will not be on your back telling you to clean your room but I hope you will be mature enough to get the vacuum cleaner out and help out with keeping the place clean.
I like to spend time with my partner (who does not live with me) so there will be times when you have the place to yourself, please treat the place like your own home i. e if you want to bring friends or family over from time to time feel free.
Your room would be the bigger of the two bedrooms, the bathroom is a very decent size with a jet shower, kitchen is very modern and the communal living area is very large all rooms a very light and must be seen to be appreciated..
In return for your £95 per week you will also have Sky TV including Movies Sports and documentaries, unlimited broadband and free calls to landlines and all bills including council tax and upkeep management fee included.
My apartment is situated near the m60 and M56 has very good bus routes and new lines near by for the metro link extension, There is also on site parking in this gatted community.
