Hi,

This room is available until 15th November.

I am living in a very spacious 2 double bedroom house.
There is one large size bathroom to share, one large kitchen and large lounge to share.
The bedroom is furnished with wardrobe, desk and a double bed, newly decorated and very fresh feel.
The kitchen comes with all fixtures and fittings. Including a washing machine and tumble drier.
The living room is highly furnished with wide screen TV including, broadband and home phone.
All bills and internet is included in price.
Also there is off road parking with gated access and a large yard.
I am a young lively professional, who is friendly and sociable, respectful and would require the same.
It is a residential area with lovely neighbours and easy access to Atherton (a couple of mins walk up the road), Wigan (7miles),
Bolton (5 miles),
Manchester (we're 4 minutes from the M61)25min commute by train and Liverpool is about 25 minutes by car or you can use the train/bus pretty easily too, I actually live less than 100 yards to the bus stop.
I have pictures, the rooms are finished so tried to give a good impression of size.
