I have a single room available in my house. Myself and my 29 year old daughter live in the property. I would prefer mon - fri let only as I have my granddaughters to stay some weekends.
the area is nice and the location is quiet. It is within easy reach of the motorway and is on the met route.
The room is small but cosy and is furnished. My house is very clean and tidy.
I expect my house to be treated with respect.
