Clean, fully furnished double room, plenty of storage space, including large freestanding wardrobe, big chest drawer, dble bed with 4 drawers and a study desk. The room is in a 2 bed maisonette. I also have a bigger dble room with a king size bed and walk in wardrope for rent £380 inc bills.
House is in Ardwick, close to the Aquatic center and behind the Manchester University Science building off Upper brook street & oxofrd road.
Excellent location to City Centre, and Oxford road, MRI and the Aquatics centre , and close to Stockport rd (The Apollo Theater. Local convenience stores, post office, close to bus stops. buses: bus 50 – Upper brook st. Oxford rd and Stockport rd, 192, 201, 203, 204 etc and wide choice of takeaways just around the corner.

Lodger would have full access to the house, including living room. Parking space is available. Prospective Lodger would be sharing the house with a black femaleingle mom,- very quiet and professional, Non smoker and no pets, very clean and tidy.

We need someone who is clean and tidy, non smoker, respectful of peoples space and overall a good house mate. Preferably females. NO DSS
