Seeking queer-friendly flatmate(s) to share a flat in Newington, Marchmont, or anywhere near the Meadows-- ideally with a tub, wood floors, lots of windows. I'm a 45 PhD student in counselling studies, performer and philosopher; very quiet and clean. True introvert so not seeking new best friends, but can be friendly with people who respect boundaries, am warm-hearted person. Not a fan of smoking inside or tv on all the time. Love house plants. Respectful, responsible, conscientious; appreciates the finer, simple things. Seeking same. I guess ideally a mature (regardless of age) student to avoid council tax.
