Hello,
We are looking for a room-mate to live in our three bedroom semi-detached house in the peak, New Mills

The room is of average size and furnished, there is also a large living area that is free for you to use. The rent will include all bills and internet.
There are nice views and surrounding area and a large garden where I grow my own vegetables.
If you require parking there are some spaces available outside the house and a drive way.

We have two cats, Napoleon and Dynamite and we have chickens at the end of the garden.
We would like no additional pets (unless contained i. e fish, hamsters, outdoor guinea pigs and rabbits, other cats could be ok)

Just a little about me and Steve.. I am a full time restaurant manager and I also make arts and crafts to sell. Steve is a freelance climbing instructor and into cycling. We are hoping we can find someone who shares similar interests in these and also in gardening and nature.

New Mills is a great place to live, great shops, takeaways, local co-op and sainsbury's not too far.
It also has the perks of two train stations with free parking or 20/25 minute walk and very easy to get onto the A6.
There is also two really great gyms, one of which has a pool and not too far for great routes for walks/runs/rides.
