Location:
Centre of Glossop. Two minute walk from local shops, bars, restaurants and station (reg trains to/from Manc City Ctr). Ten minutes drive from motorway to Stockport, Manchester and Sheffield. 30 minutes drive to Macclesfield. On-street parking available opposite in the evening.

What you get:
ROOM - Large room, K/Size bed, built in wardrobe, plenty of storage, blinds, chair, TV & Phone point.
KITCHEN - Shared use with owner of washing machine and microwave. Your own fridge and separate freezer.
LOUNGE/DINER - Shared use with owner of SKY TV, NOW TV and wireless superfast broadband internet.
BATHROOM - Shared use with owner of large bath with overbath shower, wc, sink.

The bedroom is the largest of the two in the flat which allows for plenty of storage and provides a nice space to escape to should you need privacy or time to yourself.

What is expected of you:
Have a detailed profile about yourself and a picture on here as I do not respond to blank or no profile enquiries.
Pleasant manner and professional appearance.
Respect for my property and my neighbours.
Adherence to apartment complex and house rules.
Provide references, CRB check and sign a rental agreement (initially for a one month trial allowing us both a 'no questions asked' get out clause).

I am ideally looking for a trustworthy person (male or female) who is able to pay the rent on time without the need for me to ask or chase for payment.

Cleanliness is of major importance to me, I keep my property very clean and tidy at all times and would expect anyone living here to do the same and assist with house chores and cleaning.

Viewings:
All applicants are welcome to view the room but will have to take away and complete an application form and provide a CRB so that I can check various references, criminal record and background.

I receive a lot of enquiries about the room which is good for me as it gives me a lot of choice but this also means that I cannot make any decisions quickly. When I do make the decision, I do not give detail about why I have declined any particular application. If you do not hear from me shortly after you have returned your application form and references, you should assume that you have not been successful.
