Double Room In A Modern House

This is a family home so not really comparable with the bedsits or large homes converted into multiple occupancy Where people constantly come and go at all hours, so ideally we’d like a genuine and working person who’s staying in this area for work etc or someone that lives here but for whatever reason doesn’t quite need a full time house with full time space and living costs that would appreciate a comfortable nice house with nice people as opposed to someone just looking for the cheapest property to live in regardless or paying hotel costs etc! So ideally workers staying in the area through the week and going back for a couple of days at weekends etc, people who stay elsewhere or with partners a couple of nights etc.

It’s a double bedroom and own bathroom in a new, good quality house. Very close to bus and train stations but far enough to not hear them! garage, wifi, shared kitchen, log burner Etc, the house is next to a farm and has wide open views to the rear and lots of animals and nice walks etc because of that. Me and my wife are non smokers, clean living
and out a lot of the time. We now have a 15 month old so obviously that needs to be considered as it may put some off, but she’s a good sleeper luckily and is in bed around 7ish so not like the usual first thought of a screaming baby! Our current housemate of two years has now moved in with his partner and said the baby’s been no trouble from his point of view so that was good to know for the future with anyone else. We'd Ideally like someone similar that’s friendly, clean living and considerate too basically! its a friendly house and area and it would suit an easy going, respectable person who wants a nice place to stay but for the equivalent money of a cheap nasty flat if rented on their own! get intouch for any more info!
