A spacious En-suite double room recently refurbished available to rent. The house is situated in Adswood within walking distance to Davenport train station and 2 minute walk to bus routes. 10 minute bus ride to Stockport train station and about 5 minutes by car.

You will have your own large bathroom, TV, fridge, microwave and kettle in your room. You will be sharing a fully equipped kitchen (with your own separate fridge and freezer), cooker, microwave, all pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher. You will also have space for your car in our private drive way.
All bills includes the council tax, utility bills and BT Infinity 2 fibre broadband (fastest in the UK) and Bt Tv sports.
You will be sharing a safe, clean and quite place with warm and welcoming professional landlord female. I am cheerful, friendly and easy going .
