Double Room To Let In Davenport
I am a 33 year old live in landlord who works shifts. I have two cats at home who more or less look after themselves. I would love a female lodger who is tidy and good company. I don't want someone who is a hermit and stays in their room all the time, but someone who is chatty and easy to get along with. With working shifts it would mean you get the house to yourself a lot to work from home or just relax.
The house has virgin tv and fast broadband. All bills are included and the room is partly furnished with a double divan bed, shelving, bedside tables and two wardrobes. The photos make the room look small but it's actually quite large. There is also a large attic for storage.
The house is in small quiet cul de sac close to main bus route in stockport and manchester, and 15 mins from stockport or 5 mins to Davenport train station for easy access to Manchester .
I have a double driveway so there is off road parking and it has a large corner garden which is lovely in summer for bbqs or relaxing.
