Double room for rent

I currently have a double room for rent, I have recently decorated so the room is nice and fresh. The room is currently unfurnished so ideal for anyone wanting to being their own comfy bed and any furniture however depending on needs can get it furnished very quickly.

The room has great lighting and is situated across the landing from the other bedroom which is adjacent.

My house is located 10 minutes walk from Stockport train station, 5 minute walk from the A6 linking Hazel grove to Manchester.

Their is a convenience shop less than 30 seconds walk from the house.

I have virgin media 50MB wifi so their is full connectivity in the house, the house has 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms so you'll never have to wait for the shower.

I currently live in the house on my own, however only occupy it between 3-4 nights as I do stay at my girlfriends for some of the week.

We are both very easy going people and are looking for a similar person to live with. We are both professionals, we don't go out a huge amount as we both work weekends.

I am a retail branch manager and work in the city centre and my girlfriend work for the same company I do.
