Single room. & a downstairs double room has a double bed so may suit couples.

Couples are welcomed at an extra cost. Pls request rates.

Short term lets available. 1 week deposit required, but rent of 2 week in advance in required... simple pay as you stay.

No complicated contracts and no strings binding you down.

Must be clean and tidy up after yourself in shared living room kitchen & bathroom.

Must be peaceful and respect others space & privacy. Absolutely no smoking or drug abuse/taking of any kind.

Recently refurb and decorated, double room with a double bed, in family home clean and friendly people.
Close to Stockport Centre and all major bus route into town and university.

Bills not included. No pets. No smoking, no drugs.
Must be respectful of others privacy and space.

This is a cash only NO SMOKING house the bills included are gas electric and water and C'Tax but for each wash and dry laundry you do it will be an extra (£5)5iver, so if you wash & dry 3 time for the week this is your extra expence of 15 pounds.
We dont have internet but lodger are free to approach sky for a broadband contract.
