You can have a bedroom 10th x 13ft, your own office own cellar room and own toilet.
You will be sharing with my brother who is a gamer and is constantly on the computer, you must mix in with this nerdy lifestyle as this will be a bonus, he's is a fantastically fun bloke, generous but just lazy, this house is to big for him and I dont want to kick him out so house share is a good compromise.
I not interested in renting the other rooms so you and him will be the only people in the house.
