Lovely Double Bedroom

Hi There

I am Andy and I have a room to rent in a lovely modern townhouse in Davenport near to Stockport very close to Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall, Heaton Moor etc

The room is a newly decorated double fully furnished bedroom WITH EN SUITE !

The house is a very modern 3 story townhouse with super fast broadband and the full SKY package including sports and movies in the living room. It has excellent links to city centre. Manchester via Bus, Train or Car and is very close to Manchester International Airport (10 mins away) also the M60 is just 5 mins drive away providing superb links to the whole country.

We are on a bus route and there are 3 train stations near by. Davenport being the nearest and then Stockport national rail and then Cheadle Hulme is approx 1 mile away.

The living room and the kitchen are a shared space but is a very nice size so it never feels crowded.

I do have a small dog however she is tiny and when ever im not in the house she will be in my bedroom or at my mothers if im working.

I am looking for a professional house mate who is reasonably clean and tidy, however Im pretty laid back.
