Rent is to be paid in advance.

We are also asking for a deposit in advance of £250.00 to safe guard rent/cover any damages, the deposit is returnable once you move out.

We have 2 dogs and a cat, so applicants must be animal lovers and prepared to share their home with two large friendly dogs, they are no trouble at all though and won't get in your way.

We are unable to put any photos up of the room at the moment as it is currently in use, they are moving into a new home soon so the bedroom is currently stacked with boxes from packing their belongings so unable to take a decent photo. However when they move out I will add photos, in the meantime feel free to come and have a look.

We are a friendly couple who get on very well with people and are happy to live with anyone who would like to live in a sociable environment, however if you do prefer to stick to yourself then this is not a problem and we fully understand.
