Cozy Double Room in a relaxed house!

I am looking for someone who will share my house, who is respectful of the space they are sharing.
I work full time mon-fri and am often busy in the evenings too...When i am home i like to spend my time cooking and chilling out with a glass of wine and the dog.
The double room is a very good size including most furniture and SKY TV. The room doesnt include a double bed as i believe tenants like to provide their own bed?!
I do like to keep a clean and tidy home so would like somebody like minded who cleans after themselves.
Bills are included if the utilities are used within reason.
I have a 4 year old King Charles Spaniel who rules my life.. he is kept in the kitchen in the day with access to the back garden and gets walked daily.
I have a double driveway so parking is not a problem. It is a 60 second walk to the nearest bus stop taking you to Stockport town Centre and adjoining villages.
It is a ten minute walk into Romiley Village where you can get the train to Manchester City Centre, taking about 15 minutes.
I have a decent sized back garden where you will often find me on a sun lounger having BBQ's in the summer months! (who doesnt do this??)....
