Hi I am 27 and I'm looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom. A £300 deposit is needed and rent payable monthly in advance. Ideally I would like a 3-6 month minimum stay.
A reference is required from your workplace & this is a non smoking house. It would suit someone who would like to live with one other person, and have the place to yourself at times!
I'm a female in my late twenties who enjoys live music, travelling, and sharing a bottle of wine on occasion.. so would like a sociable housemate :)
