Double bedroom available, Marple, £100per week inc bills!

Hi, my name is Alison (Ali) I'm female & 26 I am currently letting myself from a landlord in a 2 bedroom house and my room mate has moved out now to live with her boyfriend so I've been abandoned!

I have a double room available which is ready to view, £100 per week all bills included, council tax, tv license, water, gas & electric etc! We even have a guy who comes round and mows the lawn when it's needed.

The room is soon to be fully furnished if needed, just fitted new carpet & has just been decorated, it's in the Marple area (Stockport) so local to all transport routes busses, trains etc about a 5 minute walk from the house is Marple village which has a co-op, butchers, loads of other shops, bars & a cinema!

I have a drive way which I would let you use, the only thing which the place doesn't have is broadband because I've never needed it, the bathroom is shared, but I am a very clean, tidy and respectful person so would clean up after myself & give you your privacy. I work 9-5 hours, so in only at the weekend really. I am a smoker but do not smoke inside the house!
