I am a professional 34 year old female, renting a house alone in Macclesfield.

I am looking to sublet a bedroom and use of whole house, preferably a professional female who is looking for short term place to live.

It is a two bedroom very peaceful immaculate property, close to the town centre about a 5/10 minute walk to train station and the town centre.

I would give the knew tenant the option of a small room at a lower cost or bigger bedroom at £320 bills included. No Deposit required. Short term or max 6 months. Or will discuss :)

The house has a lovely front room, open plan kitchen. The bathroom is quite small, fine though. no bath is the only downside just a shower.

I live a quiet life and work a lot so tend to keep busy and do my own thing.

I am not a party animal! so if your looking for a quiet house would be ideal :D
