There is a double room available come the end of July/ beginning of August. Bills are included with the rent you would just need to buy your own food. There are already 2 lodgers (1 male and 1 female) living in the house and a lady. My mum stays sometimes, but not always. The house is quite big and within walking distance to the town centre, the train station to a wide range of places such as Manchester and London and there is also a bus station.
