The house is located on South Park Road in Macclesfield, it is a well presented home with a unique cottage feel and real fire place. There is a conservatory leading to the garden which is a decent size with a lawn. There is an attic and outbuilding in the garden for storage.

There is Broadband and a full sky package linked to the house and a really good heating system.

The room has not been changed yet as I have split with my partner who use to live here so I can arrange furniture suited if you decide you like the place and want to move in.

The House is a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and town center, and less than 5 minutes to South Park.

I am easy going (indoorsy type)person, I work in Manchester City Center as an accountant getting the train in and I study in college occasionally at weekends. I am clean and tidy.

I am looking for one housemate to share the house with. (only myself living here).

I have a 5 year old daughter who stays with me on a Friday night each week.

Bills will all be included in price.
