Relaxed, quiet, 4 bed family house with two sitting rooms, a dining room, garden and drive. Close to hospital. Within walking distance of AZ bus and public buses. Quickish exit to motorway. Wi-fi, parking available for car/motorbike, bicycle and a home office to use if needed or shared study space.
Not a party house, but friendly. As live-in landlord I have my own living room but there is a lovely morning room also, which is shared. The other tenant is at work or out, so it doesn't feel overcrowded and he hardly ever uses the sitting room as he has tv in bedroom.
And there is a very friendly, purrfectly behaved cat: no litter trays but a few scattered toys!
Smoking is outside only (or in the garage).
