I currently have a spare double room available to rent. Its a large room with lots of space for storage. There is basic furniture in there at the moment but if you would prefer to bring your own furniture just let me know.
Downstairs there is a large kitchen/diner with everything you would need.
There is ample parking at the front of the house as I live on a very quiet street. Also the local station is 10 mins walk with regular trains into Manchester Piccadilly.
I am a very clean, tidy person and treat my home with respect. I would like someone who would treat it with the same respect.
I work Monday-Friday days, also some weekends. Therefore the house is always very quiet.
I also have 40mb broadband internet access.
Bills are included with the price.
