This is a unique, beautifully decorated, furnished small double room. The French doors from the room lead onto a veranda overlooking the lovely peaceful garden.
The bed is a 4' Hypnos bed, "The most comfortable bed in the world" It has a double wardrobe, a set of drawers.
It also has a shared sitting area in a conservatory next to it, and shared kitchen and lounge. Length of stay is negotiable.

Private off road parking is available.
This is a very homely, clean, large extended family home, in a quiet residential area, with shared dining room, conservatory, kitchen, in a friendly home.
This room would suit a mature professional, male or female, who is clean and tidy, respectful and considerate to others, and who is willing to keep their own room clean, as well as being considerate to maintaining the cleanliness of shared areas of the home. lol


Hollingworth is a small village, with local pubs, grocery stores, bakers, hairdressers, barbers, chemist, Post Office, and doctors surgery, it is approx. 3/4miles to the M67/M60 motorway, for access to the local hospitals, universities and city of Manchester. The trains and bus services are also nearby in Hadfield/Glossop 2/3 miles away, also near to the Longdendale trail and Peak district for walkers and places of interest.
All the usual shared facilities, including reasonable use of all the utilities including council tax.
Also unlimited broadband, tv, cd/radio/record player. washing machine, dryer, oven and microwave, pots and pans, etc.
You are welcome to smoke outside, but not in the house. :+)


I am a funloving very active person, with a grown up family. I have an indoor tortoise and a guinea pig who lives outside as pets.
