HOME FROM HOME - DOUBLE ROOM WITH WASH HAND BASIN. Recently refurbished to a high standard with drawers, hanging space and a big comfy chair. Large Victorian house based on the A6 between Stockport and Hazel Grove. The property is double glazed throughout. Fibre optic WIFI.

Walking distance to Woodsmoor and Davenport Station, 5 minutes to Stockport town centre and 6 miles to Manchester Airport, motorways links 5 minutes away.

All bed linen supplied and changed every 3 or 4 weeks. All areas kept up to a high standard by oneself. The shower/WC is used by one other person as the other two rooms come with en-suites. TV aerial point to all rooms. Fitted wardrobes to the en-suite room, desk for placing the TV and can be used as a work station.

The kitchen was refurbished last year and has all the mod cons including pots, pans, and utensils even the washing up liquid and tea towels supplied.

The decking is south facing and is lovely to sit on in the sun after a hard day's work, with a glass of wine or lager, that is if we get any sun.

Off road parking to the rear of the property as well as 2 spaces to the front of the property, 6 car parking spaces.

I am looking for someone who just requires a BASE whilst working in the area. The room is available 7 DAYS A WEEK, if you have to work over the weekend or the occasional Saturday or Sunday. I am not looking for someone who wishes to make it their PERMANENT PLACE OF RESIDENCE. All you need is a suitcase and TV. I am a live in landlady with my own private accommodation.

We are a quiet household and respect one another's privacy, if ever you require anything my door is always open, even if its just to say hello.
