I have a double room available to rent in a clean, new refurbished house with bills included, I have sky and wifi and the room has a built in wardrobe and can be further furnished or not.
There is plenty on road parking and a lovely big south facing garden to sit in the sun or build a snowman, weather depending!
I work pretty long hours and enjoy a glass of wine or two at night and on the weekend.
I have a cat who is friendly, well behaved and very much part of the family.
Would like to share with someone who is clean and tidy, and will feel at home in my home but respect my privacy.
The room is available to view so drop me a line and we can arrange a time to see it and have a chat.
Will consider reduced rate for Monday to Friday let.
