Double Room All Bills Incl

Hi. I have a double room to rent. All bills included. This room would ideally suit someone who wants a Manchester crash pad Monday to Friday but I'm equally happy with someone who would like to be around more.

There is one other lodger (male 40 years of age) already and it's a quiet house. The ideal housemate will be clean and tidy.

The lodgers have exclusive use of the family bathroom and there is another wc downstairs for communal use. There is off road parking if the lodger has a car.

The double room is available now.
It's a friendly household but we very much keep ourselves to ourselves. I have a little boy who stays over twice a month at the weekend and I am happy for your kids to stay over when needed too.

I am forty years old and the lodger I already have is about my age too. I think ideally the incoming lodger will be of a similar age but that is not essential.
