Bedroom available in a quaint Heaton Moor Property

I am a live in landlord that has a bedroom available to rent.

I live in an end terrace property in Heaton Moor on a cobbled street. It is a very quaint street. The property is a 10 minutes walk to the train station (Heaton Chapel) or 5 minutes walk to the bus stop to either the A6 for Stockport or Didsbury road for Didsbury, Chorlton or town.

The property comes with all the amenities that you would need, the kitchen is fully kitted out and all core bills are all included. There may be an additional charge for a cleaner.

My preference is a mon-fri let; however I’m open to 7 days a week, therefore please still get in touch and we can discuss.

I am looking for someone who is considerate of my belongings, who is clean and tidy and who cleans after themselves. Someone who's sociable, although i will make you aware I tend to be at the house on average only for half the week.

A little bit about me, I work in Hulme for a social housing trust as a placement and volunteer coordinator. In my spare time I like to go dancing, Modern Jive. I like to attempt cooking and try new recipes from time to time. I’m trying to get into sewing. When I go out, I like to go out in Didsbury, Northern Quarter or Spiningfields.

Please see attached the photos of the communal rooms, in regards to the bedroom on offer; the picture doesn’t do it any justice, because of the size being long and thin, it's difficult to get a good picture. It includes a double bed, side cabinet and a large wardrobe, which does hold a lot; it includes two draws and a shelf at the bottom. This room would be ideal for someone who doesn’t intend to move in with all their worldly belongings, as the room wouldn’t be big enough to hold everything. I do however have a cellar, which if you put things in a plastic box, they will be perfectly fine being stored there. Best thing is that if you like the look of the house to come and arrange a visit to see the room and see what you think. Parking is 'on street parking'.
