Large,fully furnished double room in a house

My current tenant is off to Northampton on 30th June so ideally I'm looking for someone to move in close to that date.

The room is a large double with a large double built-in wardrobe. I have just put in brand new bedroom furniture ( chest of draws, storage chest and two bedside tables) into the room and it's also had a brand new mattress. There is also a tv point in the room and I have broadband.

All bills are included but there is a landline for the broadband and if you were to start using that I would obviously expect you to pay for any calls you make to Australia.

The house has two tv rooms and three toilets and two bathrooms. The main family bathroom is pretty much exclusively used by my lodger. I have a shower in the ensuit in my room so I just use that.

I am vey clean and tidy and expect the lodger to help maintain that by clearing up after themselves as a bear minimum.

I am a pretty chilled out guy and work fairly long hours so I'm looking for a fellow professional male or female who may share some of the same interests as me by that's not essential. Really I just want someone who is going to slot in and who is fairly easy going and clean and tidy. Cheers Paul.
