Large room with en-suite Heaton Moor

This is a friendly house and is is always clean and tidy.

This is a large double room, The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers and a desk. It has an en-suite comprising of a sink toilet and shower.
In the rest of the house there is a shared lounge (with TV) and dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, dryer, cooker, micro-wave and fridge/freezer. We also have a large garden.

The rent includes council tax, WiFi and Water rates. The rest of the utility bills are our responsibility they come to about £60 a month in the winter months and £30 in the summer

The house has great transport links. Stockport is 5 minutes in the car and Heaton Moor station is about 5 minutes walk. The 192 bus to Stockport/Piccadilly stops outside of our house. It is a 10 min walk up onto Heaton moor where there are a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants and cafes.
