I have one large double room (currently occupied but available in July 2014) and one single in a fully furnished house for rent.

The house has two tv rooms, if you don't fancy watching the rubbish I am watching, washing machine, tumble dryer, 3 toilets, a reasonably sized garden and off road parking for two cars and room round the back to store your bicycle. I am really easy going but I'd expect the lodgers to tidy up after themselves and muck in with cleaning.

I'm a busy professional and Iwould like someone with an equally busy working life Monday to Friday. I am 10 minutes walk from Heaton Chapel train station and the little cinema is at the top of the road. It's a really nice house and all bills are included in the rent incluing broadband but I'd expect the lodger just to be sensible about things and not leave the heating on in the middle of summer all day.
