Double Room for Professional

Large and comfortable double room available in Heaton Moor/Norris Bank for 4 to 12 months.

We are the home owners and a young couple, both professionals, and have two friendly cats. We are outgoing, welcoming and open minded.

The house is well located for either Manchester or a north Cheshire commute, 5mins from the motorway and 5 mins walk to the stop of the 42 bus service into Manchester and Stockport (also with a night service). Local shops, post office, pubs and restaurants also within walking distance.

The house is in a quiet, residential area and has all the usual facilities: dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, etc. The kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are shared and their is additional space in the loft available if extra storage is needed. We have a generous garden with patio and sitting area at the rear of the house, and plenty of parking space.

All bills are included in the price (water, gas, electricity, 100MB wireless, television, council tax, gardener, monthly cleaner).

Room available from the 2nd January (possibly earlier if required).
