Hi My name is Brett and I have lived in this flat for 3 years as a flatshare, but my flatshare has just moved out for a new job. I am easy going, sociable and like watching sports. I am a qualified butcher and work regular hours locally.

Rent is £350 per month including bills for fuel (electricity),water, TV license, broadband and tel line rental. (You will have to pay the Council tax of £54 pr month to Stockport local authority.) The flat is furnished, nicely decorated and well insulated. In addition to the 2 bedrooms there is a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The location is convenient for Heaton Moor bars, cafes and shops, train and bus routes. (please note the photos were taken when the flat was unfurnished).

Please note that there is also the possibility of renting the room as a Monday to Friday let by negotiation.
