Single bedroom for lodgers

Hi, I'm a female design engineer living in Heaton Chapel, Stockport SK4 5AZ on the border with Levenshulme. It’s a 2 min walk off the A6 near an Aldi, Mc Donalds and Kentucky Fried Chicken. A 10 mins walk gets you to the train station and you’re at the bus stop in 2 mins; a 20 minute bus ride and a 10 minute train journey get you into Manchester. Buses run every 10 minutes. Junction 1 of the M60 is 3 minutes away by car. It's a lovely 4 bed semi with a converted garage in which a double ensuite is housed on a quiet dead end road with a large garden. I've got vodaphone internet, service. The Single bedroom, has recently been redecorated and is available. The kitchen in the house is fully equipped has ample storage facilities and includes 2 shared fridge freezers and a washing machine. The main bathroom includes a bath and shower and is fed from a combi boiler so the hot water never runs out. There is a second toilet on the ground floor. Parking is available on the road.
