Looking for a friendly, sociable, clean and tidy, non-smoking housemate who likes animals. I have a dog (Cocker Spaniel), and a Cat (Siamese cross.)

Picturesque location on a quiet cul de sac with parking space. 15/20 mins walk from A6 Hazel Grove and also close to Woodford and Poynton. Nearest shops/restaurant/pub would be Fiveways (10 mins walk). Buses to Stockport/Manchester available from Fiveways. There also is a closer bus stop (5 mins walk) which goes to Stockport.

Fully furnished double sized bedroom with a single bed, a wardrobe, desk and chair and a TV. If you have a double bed which you would prefer to bring that is fine. Feel free to rearrange the room how you want it. TV in room, and a bathroom directly next door to your room with toilet and sink. Bathroom with shower/bath upstairs. Also kitchen, living room/dining room and conservatory. Lovely back garden and patio area with fabulous views of Cheshire.

The house has just gone up for sale so it would be a rolling contract, a months notice required either side (a months notice should you decide to leave, or if the house sells I will have to give you a months notice).
