Cheadle Hulme house share (live in landlord)

I'm am looking for a clean and tidy professional to share this fully furnished 3 bedroom detached house with. I am a 26 y/o professional who works full time in Warrington Monday to Friday.

I am a live in landlord, and rent out the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom is available at the moment and pictures are attached. It has a walk in cupboard to the left of the bed for extra storage.

My third bedroom is currently rented out by a 27 y/o male who has lived here for a year, and works Monday to Friday in Handforth. We are both friendly and sociable people, like to go or for drinks and eat together if around at the same time.

I have just redecorated the place from top to bottom, re-carpeted the whole upstairs, and bought brand new furniture for every room so the house is in excellent condition.

The house is situated on a very nice residential estate off Ladybridge Road in Cheadle Hulme. Over the past few years the kitchen and bathroom have been renewed. The accommodation is as follows:- entrance hall, 'L' shaped lounge, kitchen/dining room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a bathroom. To the front there is an outside garden. To the rear is a fully enclosed garden. The house is fitted with a burglar alarm, broadband and Virgin Media TV.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Cheadle Hulme train station which offers connection to two main lines - one via Macclesfield the other via Wilmslow, both of these lines converge into Manchester. The house is 4 miles from Manchester Airport, and very close to the M60 & M56.
