We have a double room for rent in a family house.
I live with my 2sons age 14and 10
My past 2 lodgers have been students but all are welcome.
The house is in a nice neighbourhood with good transport links.
The rent included all bills except council tax the council tax is 25 per month .
This is a quiet friendly house who have enjoyed having lodgers for the past 5 years.
The option to earn part of your rent ironing.
Occasional babysitting is available.
