This rental is available for 1 person only(no couples) and the ideal profile of the person who I am looking for is either Mon-Fri commuter or professional full time (no day/night shift workers)person.

I have had many lodgers the past few years of different ages (short/long term) and pleased to say it has worked well. All-in-all I've met some lovely & interesting people of varying ages, professions and cultures.

I'm easy going, relaxed with lots of my own social activities. However, as I work full time full time in a busy job, when I come home like to unwind watching tv, reading, going to gym classes and general socialising. Happy to have a light, quick chat but nothing too long & heavy!

I do like to keep my house clean and tidy so please don't think I'll be cleaning up after you! I would certainly expect anyone sharing my house to keep their bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy - as you found it when moved in.

Refundable deposit/guarantee of £425.00(Mon-Fri option) or £480.00(full time option) to secure the room rental, payable prior to moving in date. Thereafter, monthly rent of £425.00(in advance)for Mon-Fri let or £480.00.00 for full time accommodation.

I would expect any potential lodger to provide identification /references:-

1)This could be a signed copy of your letter of employment.
2)I would expect to see your original passport and provide a copy of the passport for my records.
3) If you are a student, then confirmation of student status.
4) If applicable - copy of your current residential Council Tax form.

In return, I will provide a contractual rental agreement, plus signed and dated copy of the deposit.
